Three of those establishments are Frank Senne’s Ciro’s (8433 Sunset Boulevard), Frank Senne’s Moulin Rouge (6230 Sunset Boulevard), and the Beverly Hills Hotel (9641 Sunset Boulevard). This decision came after the Labor and Industry committee of the Los Angeles NAACP branch investigated and found the listed establishments had a practice of hiring Black waiters only when Black social clubs held functions.
